Refund policy
At Stupid Stickers, every order is printed and made to order - just for you. Because of this, we can’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or simply decide you don’t want it anymore. Please double-check your choices before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund if your item has a major problem. This includes cases where the product:
- Arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered.
- Is significantly different from what was described.
If this happens, please contact us at info@stupidstickers.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can sort it out quickly. If approved, we’ll replace your item at no extra cost.
Return Postage
- If the issue is our fault (e.g., faulty or incorrectly made item), we’ll cover the return postage.
- If a return is approved for any other reason, postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made stickers (unless faulty or incorrectly produced).
- Sale items and gift cards.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
